I really love TF2. Like, a lot. Like, a whole lot. You have no idea.

ever since I started playing in 2025, team fortress 2 has become my most played game and 101% one of my all time favourites.

why tf2?

believe it or not i dont really like shooters. i find most of them to just be either:

  1. blood blood gore you eat dead guy's head
  2. do this do that kill one guy then do this do that all over again

the only fps i found really interesting at that point was the borderlands series due to my dad playing it a bunch

but that all changed once i got my steam deck

i decided to download a game, and after watching many videos featuring tf2 (like i swear every gaming youtuber ever has played it) i decided to give it a try.

for the first few days i only played offline practice as i heard that casual lobbies are not very friendly to naive new players, but after a week or so i felt confident enough to head into my first match of casual

since then i've:

  1. discovered my favourite weapons (the tomislav, panic attack, and cow mangler)
  2. graduated from f2p (thank you very much skey for gifting me an upgrade to premium)
  3. played multiple games with vulkin (and occasionally smart girl, skey, and avery)
  4. obtained many fancy items from skey and huu including my very first unusual(!)

current goals:

  1. get my minigun to hale's own
  2. obtain a fancy shotgun
  3. get 100 kills with a liberty launcher complete!
  4. get an aussie minigun or tomislav
